1.How long do your period of after-sale services?
you can see the agreement on website.the period of after-sale services is 7 days.It means if you want to exchange the shoes,please make a request within 7 days from the date you got the package.I sorry about the inconvenience.

2.Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style you prefer.

You must contact us before sending the items back.All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection,as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4.Why the item is different from the pictures?
I am sorry that making a mistaken at the item.As there are too many parcels sent from our warehouse everyday . I apologized for all of that , can you accept the goods you got now? if so , we can offer you a big discount when you will purchase next time or place a new order and you can give the item you received to your friend as a gift or sell to them.

 

5.Why do you ask for personal information?
All information included in the order form is requested in order to delivery.

6.Why did not I receive the refund?
We've sent the refund to your account as soon as you requested. Please check with your bank later.We should inform you that different payments the time to get the money also different. The period for NPS is about 14 business days, for CTOPAY is about 4-8 weeks and for GSPAY is about 20 business days. We are sorry for any inconvenience to you and hope your understanding.
